Our free consultation program is customized to you and your organization's needs. We conduct an inclusion assessment to identify aspects that are going well and can be improved. We provide expert informants to conduct an assessment, develop an inclusion roadmap, and connect to further resources in the community.

welcomed here consists of trained experts and educators in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). We create low-cost industry-specific professional development trainings, workshops, and materials that employees will be able to relate to. We believe DEI is an attitude- an organizational culture- not a checklist training; therefore, we offer organizations a system for continuous communication and partnerships with welcomed here.

welcomed here provides a low-cost 4-month training for organizations to learn insights and strategies to improve the inclusive environment for both employees and their audience. During the series, consultants work one-on-one with participants to help implement small, but impactful changes within their personal capabilities. These small changes lead to greater outcomes for everyone. The Inclusive Spaces Workshop Series is a cohort training model that starts in February of each year.
